Our client is seeking a Treasury Senior Manager in Wilmerding, Pennsylvania (PA). Duties/
Responsibilities: Cash Management:
Manage daily cash applications and processing
Lead initiative with international business units to structure global cash movement plans, borrowing and repayments, and review of overall liquidity needs
Lead process to consolidate banking platforms to enhance visibility, minimize costs, and maintain a high level of service
Review daily/weekly cash positions and needs. Create cash forecasts (week/month/quarter/annual). Perform variance analysis on actual cash flows versus budget
Work with treasury team and Corporate finance to ensure accurate reporting of all Treasury transactions relating to borrowings, interest expense, investments, and interest income
Financing and Borrowing:
Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly debt compliance reports
Assist with the development of monthly/quarterly compliance package for lenders as required by bank agreements
Foreign Exchange Compliance and Governance:
Analyze and monitor hedge position and hedge strategies
Develop and maintain a formal Hedging Policy
Work with business units to evaluate hedging needs and implement strategies as needed
Ensure proper accounting treatment of hedges
Special Projects:
Lead role in various working capital initiatives including supply chain financing and evaluation of accounts payable automation project
Analyze current treasury cash application process and lead team to implement systematic process to streamline and automate
Support business units on corporate finance projects and initiatives
Lead process to ensure global cash controls and monitoring procedures are in place
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or related field
MBA or Masters in Accounting, Finance or Economics a plus
Certification (CFA, CTP, CPA) a plus

years of demonstrated experience in treasury management and foreign exchange management
Experienced finance professional with analytical, corporate finance, and treasury experience in an international environment
Ability to lead projects to completion across multi-functional teams in a global setting
Business acumen and knowledge of treasury systems and operations
Advanced level of experience with MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) required
Proficiency using computer-based accounting and financial systems (Oracle)
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, strong work ethic, process driven, team oriented, high integrity
